Default Spec out an oven for a noob

Hello, this site is some find. I had no Idea. I am building a small oven to coat and/or powdercoat small parts, I have a 15 inch x 15 inch x 60 inch locker. Several sheets of Owens Corning 703 insulation and a small Dayton high temp blower on the way. I have some expanded metal for shelves and drill rod to make hanger racks. I have no idea what controller or heating element to use, however. I am heating my parts to 350-400 degrees for curing. The calculator in the sticky says I need @2100 -2500 watts and I am heating less than 10 cubic feet. Probably less than 7. It will be where I can watch it while I am working in my shop, but I would like to be able to set it and walk away. I would appreciate any suggestions on an element, controller and anything else I missed.

Thanks,
Rick
