PID Enclosure - attached to oven?

Need help with a PID enclosure. I'd like to attach it to the side of my locker oven too.

Any ideas where to start? Is it possible to attach the SSR / Heat sink to the oven also? I'm only running 1" of insulation inside so i might need to insulate the PID box.

I don't want this thing to overheat..
