Default Aircraft grade aluminium for oven walls?

I ran into a crazy deal!! Someone gave me and my powder coating buddy 12 4'X12' sheets of aircraft grade aluminum (somewhere around 22 gauge). My question is...is this ok the build an oven out of? I know most ovens are galv steel or stainless but I would really like to use this stuff.
