Yes, if it's a 220v coil, hook up as above except run the 2nd contact back to the other 110v line, not the neutral. The combination of the 2 110v lines produces 220v.

That Grainger unit is rated at 35 amps, resistive. That seems a little low, but I don't know how much current your oven will draw. You'll have to calculate the load for the elements and then size your contactor accordingly.
