Go to the hardware store and tell them you need a latch for a barn door.
They are metal, have adjustable rod length that you can set to tighten or loosen your seal. Very easy to install, screw on or weld on. If your unsure of what I'm talking about let me know and I'll post some pictures of my oven latches. |

Here is a rough drawing of the latch that I'm thinking of making for my doors. Hope you can figure it out from my drawing.
This could also be used across the front ( for dbl doors) or on the side for one door.
