Default Auber Instruments Temp Controller

Hi guys, anyone know the differnce between a rely output TC or a SSR output TC. Im looking to but one from Auber Instruments, but I am not sure with the difference between the two. Here is their website:

The SSR stands for Solid State Relay the other is the older style Points contactor ( click on, click off. But the works okay. SSR is the better of the two choices. check it out here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solid_state_relay
