Default Is this wiring correct?

Hey guys I understand all the wiring except for the thermosat, did I get it right?

Let me try these again>>

Using the above diag. and my digital thermostat pictured below.
1/L1 > #3
3/L2 > #2
A1 > #5
#9 > (-) TC
#10 > (+) TC
#3 > #4 jumper

Does this look right?

Not sure about the jumper, but the rest of it looks right. Got to do the same thing soon on my small oven. The diagram is a little different on my controller. Will post when I get it functioning.

Wouldn't the jumper need to be there in order to turn the contactor on to power the elements?
