Fan questions

oven is 3x3x6 interior, what kind of fan, to take the heat, and where to put it?

I've seen fans mounted in the side at the bottom with the blades inside the oven. I've seen them mount at the top inside. Mine is mounted outside and I ran a fan in a box with intake from the inside out and pushed it back in via a tube that runs down the wall, inside toward the bottom. I guess they all work fine. Just a matter of where you want it to be and how.

but what kind of fan to use that would take that amount of heat?

Mine is a convection oven fan. But if the fan part is metal, the motor shouldn't matter. It will be outside anyway. You don't want it to disturb the powder. My oven is also 3x3x6.
