Verticle Elements
I have 3 standard elements i want to mount on the walls vertically.
There is a metal plate on the about 4 inhes from the wire conntection point that both sides of the coil go thru. If i use electrical boxes can i use this metal plate on the element to bolt to the box, and will it transfer heat to the wall if i do?

The box will be fine. Thats how the are mounted in my oven, 18,000 wats.
