Default will it work

i was wondering if the heater elements from one oven will heat a 5'x4'x3' oven. it is for dirtbike and bicycle frames. maybe a few quad frames. i was planning on just using the oven in our basement if it would work

They will definitely do the job. It may take a little longer then having three elements. It also depends on the wattage of the elements. I have a 6x3x3 and have three elements that equal 8100 watts. It takes about 20 minuets to get it up to 400 deg.

I'm building a second oven the is 3x3x3 and has a total of 5450 watts and think I will add one more element, so it will heat up faster.

But what you have will work.

On the cheap? tinfoil works fine, otherwise silicone plugs are best.

Get plugs there. As for price, depends on location, what the current market will allow. Straight shop time I start at 35.00 a hour and go up from there. All depends on what your time is worth to you. For a bike frame all stripped and I just have to blast and coat..... 125.00 on up. Quad frames 250.00 and up. Good luck.
