who sells the high temp caulk for the interior of the oven?

any hardware store should carry it. I've seen it @ True Value & Home Depot.

Yeah like nuttyman said..most hardware store will have it.
look back were they have there fireplace's & stuff. most places should have fireplace caulk both 500-deg & 800-deg stuff..

coincidently I went to HD to get some yesterday and they did not have it. They stow it away with the fireplace inserts when the season ends.

Go to a regular Hardware Store, not one of those seasonal chains. They usually suck when it comes to this type of stuff. Most any other time too.

Ya, almost any RTV will be fine for oven temps. I use a Aluminum colored Silicone in my oven, with no ill effects. And was less than half the price of the "fireplace" caulk
