upright freezer to oven project help please

a very good morning from the uk,i am raring to go into the work shop and start taking pictures of a fosters upright freezer i have aquired that will be an ideal oven project.my big problem is i am apsolutely scared of electrics after a terrifying accident a few years ago during a roof light re-wiring project when 240volts went to earth via the top of my head i can search and search the forum for help,but i feel the bottom line is i may be forced to seek an electricians help as all the phrases etc. are double dutch. it would be fantastic if there was a a builder in the UK especially where i live who could do the work for me.
if the upright isn't enough i have aquired the biggest chest freezer i have ever seen so that is getting put by for a project when i get better with powder coating.
