If any1 is interested please contact me asap. Im lookin for like a 4h x 4w x 2d & 110volt if possible. I saw a few guys make them out of aluminum studs & insulation tape things like that. Im lookin for a fairly cheap oven if possible, ive seen some get built for around 300-400 so i know it should be around there maybe. I'll pay for it plus shippin if needed, just lookin for some help

Knowing where you are might help but unless you offer some sweat equity, I doubt anyone will build one for free. Look to spend $200-300 just for parts and materials for the oven. That doesn't count the compressor, gun and powder(s). Running 110v, you're going to be limited to about 1500w (or less depending on the circuit). That's under powered for the size oven you want.

i live in upstate ny,i have no idea how to build one or how to wire everything & what to get for supples. If any1 has instructions or a parts list that would help out. I was thinkin metal studs w/the insulation tape, but i dunno how to set it up really. Also was thinkin of runnin 2 1500watt elements, will that work for the size i want? Im willin to pay to have 1 done, ill send the money paypal or something so some1 can build it. I might try to build one soon if people have pics or a materials list to help me out. i have everything else, just need a oven...tryin to run on 110volts

Wink Re: oven help anybody??

Hello there,
i was a total newbie at anything oven building, but as the guys have said you need to do your research on this forum, there are a hell of a lot of pics detailing what materials you need.
first thing i done is to confirm in my own mind how big i want the oven and take it from there, work out the metal needed to build the frame, order the insulation, i imagine the hardest battle if you are not having a donor oven for the parts is what electrical parts you will need, all you have to do is look at all my questions on the subject to see how far i have progressed.
i managed to get a donor fridge/freezer as a start, taling out all the plastics and the foam insulation. i will then strip the electrics off my donor oven, ensuring i mark every lead so they fit into the oven.
trying to get someone on this forum to build you an oven where you live is limiting your chance on getting it done, you need to broaden your horizons, local adds, supermarket bill boards, the internet and word of mouth, hopefully you will hit on lucky on here, good luck.
building from scratch is daunting but you need to take the bull by the horns and give it a go you will be suprised how much you can actually achieve.i tried going down the route of trying to buy a one and then get someone to build it for me, no result, and now i am 60% complete.
good luck and keep us all posted. don't forget you can PM people if they are willing if you feel you can't ask on an open forum.
regards
Brian

Hi,
Read your post about your oven. I am building a large oven, 6 x 6 x 10, it will use 3 ph 230v, and I would appreciate any advice you could offer. Everything is constructed, and I am ready to buy the elements, controls, etc. What do you recommend?

Thanks,
SD

I'm not aware of any oven elements that can use 3 phase. I guess you could break the 3 phase up and use 2 line feeds for the element and 1 for the pid, lights, fan, etc. ??
