Default Pully and track set-up for hanging parts??

I have got my new oven done and wondered what everyone was using to hang and spray heavy parts like atv or motorcycle fames.I have a smaller oven that I used two grage door tracks and welded them together then used steel track wheels. It works good but i hade to make the top of the oven door fold down about 4in so the door would open with the track still hooked to the oven. The new oven has one big door and its to tall to make the top fold down like the smaller oven.Should i just build a rack that wheels in the oven or make a rack that has the track on the top and wheels up the track in the oven and roll the part in.any pics would be great just looking for ideas.
