Inside dimentions are 48" x 48" x 75" (a little over 6' tall) so I can walk in without ducking or hitting my head.

With the inside sheet metal all in place I tipped the oven on it's back to insulat the floor and install the 18 gauge underside bottom piece.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Underside of the oven all buttoned up and "C" channel installed along bottom edge. I will weld the horzontal "C" channels together with the vertical "C" channels. As you can see I ended up using two like gauge but different metal studs. The solid ones on the left would be the only ones to use if I ever built another oven.

Yea I got the solid ones on the left from home depot, i pulled out all the bent ones and got them for $3 apiece.........they are still dang flimsy. O well less weight.

1st recess pan and element installed. Measuring, cutting, drilling, & lots of screws!

very clean. I am waiting on high temp wire from the same guy you got yours from......how long did he take?

My wire took 5-7 days to get. Nice 842 degree wire.

Sorry for all the questions but I couldn't find where or if you posted a link for the 842 degree wire. I have to say thanks again. I wouldn't have even tried to build a oven if it hadn't been for your oven building thread and pics. I know this tread has helped alot of people, especialy ME!!!
