Default Oven Help??

So my oven was working ok until the wire that was in my garage for my welding plug failed.. Was in the garage when I bought the house, the wire was not up to rating for the 35+ amp draw of hte oven.
So that has been change now but the oven is not working now! The PID is just reading EEEE now. The PID I have is a TET612

I am using the following wiring diagram with 3 elements not the 2 in the diagram.

The eeee is an out of range indication I believe. If the oven was working correctly before the circuit failure, then go thru the setup procedure again for the pid and see if it doesn't start working again.

Also check to see if the correct input type thermocoupler is specified.

If you have a 35 amp draw on the oven I'm presuming you upgraded the wiring to a 50 circuit?

What wire are you asking if I upgraded?

I have a feeling that k thermocouple failed. How would I go about testing it?? Can I replace it with a resistor? if yes what value resister?

No, a resistor will not work. Testing was recently discussed in this thread:

Is there a way to test a thermocouple?

The question I was asking about your wiring was the garage circuit that you said failed. Has it been upgraded to support the oven load requirements.
