My 3'x3'x6' Oven project.

Why a heat sink? I am new to building a oven and I'm trying to learn all I can. Any help would be appreciated. I'm also not rich so any affordable help would be cool also. Thanks.

The PID comes with a TC so unless you need the extra length of the one you posted, you can skip it too.

The timer? Well, unless you're going to use it to make coffee I see no need for this type in an oven. It turns on at a specified time of day so I'm confused about why you included it.

Add a heat sink to your list!

Most ssr's can only survive a few amps without some sort of cooling capacity. A good heatsink is mandatory. See these links for an explanation of heat dissipation requirements for ssr's, or do a search.
