powder coating gone mobile

Hey guys and gals! I am new to this forum and thought I would tell you about myself. First off I am a firm believer in powder coating. I started out working at a playground manufacturer in Saskatchewan Canada powdering new equipment. A couple of years later I took a job at a implement manufacturer powder coating manure spreaders, earth scrapers, loader arms and buckets, mini bobcats and dozer attachments. During my time there I came across what I call the future of powder coating. A portable powder coating system that offered on site application. I couldn't believe my eyes when checked out the web site. Flame applied powder coating. Instant curing and no ovens. Well I had to see it to believe it. luckily at the time the Canadian distributer was only an hour away. I needed to take this machine for a test drive. Well all I can say is amazing! Needless to say I bought one a month later. I started a small part time business and now I can powder almost anything anywhere anytime. Truly amazing!

Currently I am applying wet coatings onto full sized grain and gravel trailers at manufacturer near where I live. I do my powder coating in the evening and weekends.

I just received a Caswell's powder coating gun in the mail today, can't wait to try it out. I am sure it will work fine. I have ordered the material for a 4 burner oven and and should have it up and running in a couple months.
