Default home built oven

I got a 35''x22''x20'' oven given to me, its got a 110v plug in, 2 240v 2200watt elements, I plugged it in and it takes 60 min to reach 400F,
It has 110v going into a oven switch on L1 and L2 and then there are
4 terminals marked 1,2,3,4 which the elements are hooked to. there is a thermocoupler coming out of the switch and going into the oven.
What do I do to change this over to 220V?
Do I need more electical parts?

396( 375HP?) Going to need a little more info, Are L1 and L2 both 120 off the same source, or is one of the terminals a neutral? (It appears that this is the case). Most likely the terminals 1,2,3,and 4 are two hots and two neutrals, but this info needs to be checked out. With this info supplied and and the elements sized to 240 volts, it should be easy to make a change to 240volt, after some mods. to the wiring. Fred

Hi fred, L1 and L2 are hooked directly to the 110 household plug, one live and one neutral. 1,2,3,4 are hooked up to the Elements.
And its only (350hp).
