Default need a lil help

hey guys Im new here "baz" sent me over from EW forums.
I need some help getting my oven working properly.

To be honest I have no experience wiring to much of anything. But i can follow directions.
Heres what i got

I was wondering how to wire this Old Stainless Steel Freezer for a oven.
I have a reg house oven now and was just gonna remove it's components and install them in the ss box. But baz said i Might need more elements to reach temp. in a decent amount of time.
So how would i go about doing this. etc: adding a controller, relays.
I am using the search iand finding bits and pieces of info. Thanks in advance

Do a search for oven wiring and for oven schematics. There was several threads involving this. Also I have one that show the wiring I did for my control box and there is another one. If I can locate them, I'll post them here.

In the meantime, here is my control box wiring. Also wire your elements in parallel for two or more.
