Default Biggest oven with 9000 watts??

Going to start my oven building in the a.m. Will be picking up materials to start the framing. Talked over the heating end with my electrician. He is telling me that I can go up to 9,000 watts on the burners for the power I have at my place. I'm looking to have the inside ceiling height 6'. My question is with a ceiling height of 6' how big can I go on the rest of the oven and still have a respectable warm up time?? Thanks

I have a 3x3x6 with 8150 watts and it's in need of a little more heat. But it does work pretty good. I used Mineral wool and the walls are only 2 inches thick.

i have about the same 32 inches x 45 inches x78n inches
3 and 4 inch insulation 11000 w 23 min to 400 from 65 degree start.
a little long to warm up probably due to the 16 gage walls .
for reg size parts it s ok but when doing heavy stuff like steel frames with large plate steel on them i find it a bit slow to get those part to temp
