Default Propane Oven - I know it's been asked

I am the General Manager for Yesteryear Auto and RV Center and we are expanding our line of products to encompass off road vehichles and are going to produce our own line of dune buggies. I have seen booths that will just barely fit our frames in them that are 12K+. In doing research I stumbled onto this jewel of a site and I am hoping that I can get some questions answered.

The oven I intend to build is approximately 7'H x 12'L x 12'W. According to the calculators on this site I will need approximately 108,000 BTU to heat this space to 450 degrees (with a tight seal). I saw on the same website as the calculator propane infrared/radiant heaters that put out 42,000 BTU. Would I be safe to assume that If I were to put 3 (126,000 BTU total) of these units inside a self built booth that I could would be able to attain appropriate temperatures to bake an entire dune buggy frame inside? Or am I oversimplifying the whole oven Idea.

This is the heater element I am talking about.

Treat me like a newbie to this (as I am a newbie) and help me understand this.

Just looked at your link to the heaters. I wouldn't put those inside any oven. I would think the propane tanks might explode. Do a search of this forum on PROPANE and it will give you several discussions on that subject. Most of the ones I've seen or read about, the heaters are on the outside.

According to the size you want, you would need about 192000 to heat to 400 deg. Here's a link for you to check out.

I wasn't going to put the tank inside. I was goind to black pipe it to a tank outside. These units are only about $130 bucks so if I needed 5 of them that is no problem. I was just wondering if they would do the job?

These are infrared heaters without a blower. I think most of the larger ovens you will find have an outside burner with a blower. I sent you a pm on a few other contacts.
