wiring schematics anyone?

Hey people. Just finished the outside shell of my new oven. Sweet 7.5x4x3. Any suggestions on how many elements to use? 3-4 Is there anyplace in the forum I can find some wiring schematics. I am trying to upload some photos but i think they are to large

The number of elements you use will be determined by the electrical service that you have. 100 or 200 amp service. If you will be running it on a 50,60 0r 100 amp breaker will be the final deciding point. Total all wattages and divide by your service voltage ie., 220 -240. That will give you total amps draw.

As for wiring schematics, there are several. Which type of controller will you be using? An SSR or the older Contact points Contactor? I have a diagram of mine, which is the Points Contactor. You would need to do a search in this forum for the SSR type.

Nice setup. And you want an oven? So how do you get your powder on? Do you spray it like anyone else or what? And how does the substrate get up to curring temp, like that?

Full of questions about that type. I have seen it, just never asked?

Thanks for the schematics! these will be real handy Here are a couple pics of a work in progress. The outside shell of the oven is made of 22 gage steel not galvanized because of the price difference. Once it is finished I will powder coat it with My Xiom machine. In a dry environment I will not have to worry about it rusting out. More later.
