Default losing heat through the doors

I have taken an old Grieve oven and turned it into a potential powder coating oven. The inside dimensions are 68" wide x 66" tall x 33" deep. I have (3) 2800 watt elements. It took an hour and a twenty minutes to get to 373 degrees. I didnt wait any longer and shut it down. I added an extra 4 inches of insulation in the walls and 8 inches floor during the build. Using a heat gun I am losing a lot of heat through the doors. The doors are getting about 250 degrees while the rest of the oven outside only is warm to the touch. The only thing that I can think of doing is building a new single door to go on the oven or add another element to compensate for heat loss. Does anyone have any input on the matter.

I'd either rebuild the doors, insulate and seal the c r a p out of them...or make a new set.
It looks like it will make a nice oven when you're done.

How are you measuring the temperature? Depending on where the thermostat is located and if you do not have a circulating fan then the temperature could vary greatly from one area to another. Try placing a couple of oven type thermostats at various places and observe the readings.

Would not having a circulation fan make that much temp difference? I was going to put one in down the road but if its going to make that much difference I will do that now. Does anyone have a link to a good fan for my application. I dont even have it vented and dont know why it has to be. Any and all info appreciated. I have also attached a few more pics.
