Default New Oven Project

Here's my oven I am building. Didn't really take pictures early on so I figured I better start now. It started out as an old refrigerator shell, which I gutted. A few simple studs, insulation and I almost have an oven. Waiting on my controller from Ken.....then its off to the wiring mess. Let me know what you think or any suggestions.

Is that insulated from the outside of the original shell or did you remove the shell, I cant tell.

Trying to resize the pics to post as I have more to show. It is insulated on the outside of the stripped refrigerator shell. Going to have to find a cheaper way to get it all wired up though as the controller from Ken was a lil out of my price range.

Here are a couple more pics. I know the inside of the fridge looks messy right now, but its a work in process. The fan motor is from Grainger and is mounted on the outside.....just waiting on my sheetmetal from my buddy who has a press and sheer.

I have been looking on here for quite awhile and not sure about wiring. My only concern is selecting the appropriate parts (i.e the correct contact, PID, wire sizes etc) so that I dont drop some good money on the parts and then fry them because I crossed a wire. I understand everyones wiring schematic is gonna be a little differnt to their application....but here is what I am going to be running in my oven. My oven will operate on 2 3000 watt elements, needs to be wired for a fan and for a light. Does any one have a schematic and a good list for parts on what I might need?

I am building mine from off the top of my head. It will be done in a few days. When I finish I will draw a schematic and send it to you. I work sat - mon so it will be a bit before I can finish it.
