    Default 3 2000W in a 4x4x6?

Im another new guy so please bare my ignorance I need some help really bad. I have a 100 amp breaker box in my shop. Just some floresent lighting, small compressor, booth with fan. Im wanting to have an SSR, heat sink. PID/with 6" K-TC, light switch, power switch and some kind of fan, whitch ever would work best.
Which wiring diagram could I use on here for 3 2000W elements? If thats OK? Right now my walls are constructed and up with 4" insulation.

Welcome to the forum. The (3) 2000 watt elements will only consume 25 amps so your service panel should easily support the circuit.

But imo 6000 watts is inadequate for this size oven. With 96 cu ft you are only looking at 62 watts per cu ft. I think anything below 100 will be an extremely slow heat up cycle.

The elements need to be wired in parallel, not series, so any of the wiring diagrams would work. Before buying any components finalize your control box layout and then match all components(pid, ssr/contactor, elements, etc.) Do a search on the schematics available here, or send me your email and I can forward several schematics I have. i would go with no less than 10k watts . if you want to make it easier to wire up your could just go with 3 3200 elements and that would get you close to 10k , and you would not have that much more wire involved .but since you already have the elements . maybe just get 1 3200 element .

I would use hi temp wire running into the oven to the elements. Something like the MG wire McMaster Carr sells. Once the wiring is outside the oven, then 'normal' stranded wire will work fine and is relatively inexpensive. It just needs to be sized based on the current draw of the elements.

As Ted pointed out you do need to get to 10K watts minimum.

Thats what I have been looking for. If I can get a 3000 or more for a good price Ill get 2.(2 2000W & 2 3000 or more) that would put me 10000 or better.

Thanks Scott, if I would seen that last night I would ordered it. I went to an appliance store that sells parts. He had some elements with no part #. He sold me 1 2000W, 1 3700W, 1 3400W. for 10 bucks.

couple of questions. Is 11100 enough on elements?
What size wire do I need coming from my elements?
Were is the best place to put my vent?(1" with elbow)
My elements are, against the wall facing up. I have one on the back wall and 1 on each side. Were is the best place to put a fan? Im getting this one for now. Motors > HVAC Motors > 3.3 Inch Diameter Motors > Motor,1/100 HP,3.3 In : Grainger Industrial Supply
