sdold Amateur Metal Finisher Registered: July 2005 Posts: 221	This is a bicycle fork powder coated with Caswell Military Blue Epoxy. Like most (or all) epoxies, it is a very tough coating, but the color does not hold up well under prolonged sunlight and is therefore recommended mainly for indoor items. This looks slightly metallic in the photo, but that is the sunlight reflecting off of the wrinkles. It looks really good in my opinion (the picture does not do it justice).
