sswee Moderator Registered: November 2004 Location: close to Austin, Texas Posts: 1,230	Run 2 hours with 1/4" fine grit ceramics wet and Dawn dish soap. Run 12 hours with charged walnut shell dry. These parts were standard 6061 flat bar stock with minor machine work done but no sanding to the flats. As you can see, the dings or gouges get polished also. Rough grit ceramics may get them out but I haven't tried them yet.
