I am having trouble with blisters back down to pot metal. My zinc die cast parts stick like like glue and pass all salt spray and quench tests, but my pot metal seems to always blister. Parts are from an old car. I use tce to degrease the parts soak, electro, acid dip, strike, cyanide copper, then acid copper to prepare for buffing to fill in the pits. Please help!
