Default plug 'n' plate

Follow up to a previous post concerning using plug n plate on existing nickel. The reply was to pickle first. Info I omitted was that this is on pot metal, does this alter the procedure??

Thank you,
Laird

Yes and no...you're activating the existing nickel layer, not removing it.

Just be sure not to get any acid on the bare pot metal, or bye bye part.

Be careful.
