Just found something out: it will only allow you to give any one person 3 reputation points in a 24 hour time period. Haha, I was bored so I decided to click on certain people's names and select the "find all posts by so-and-so" button and then just go through and give them a reputation point for all their posts. LOL, made me stop at 3. But hey, "some" people are 3 points richer now.
