Do you have an RAL book, there may be an RAL thats close.
Im having trouble finding the right color powder for this and i really need it. Im looking for John Deere Classic Green. Ive tried the JD green from eastwood but it is the newer green which is much darker. I called pbtp and they didnt know. Im sure someone has used this powder before because i have some customers that have had parts done in it mostly out west. The classic green is more of a medium brighter green and was used on older models. I need this as we do many restorations on John Deere tractors.

I dont have a Ral book but where can i get one?
Most of the buy the pound places charge for one, but they're not much. You could try Tiger Drylac and ask them to send you one.
Doing JD Restorations for a living i to have been looking for classic green, i've bought many pounds of powder and still no match... i just sent off a painted part for custom matching and should know something in a week, i will post the supplier and color specs as soon as i hear back and try the samples they send back.
This something that I have used and it looks good
Powder Buy The Pound West
I just test coated a panel with thier jd green, its not classic green, real difference when you put it up against jd factory color
If you have a sample to send them, they can now custom match colors.
I just heared back about my jd classic green custom mix, should be here today... if its right i will post where to get and color number etc
I believe it is RAL 6002, also can be labeled as leaf green. I just did some, not for a john deer but for some weird antenna caps, and the supplier told me this was the classic john deer green.
