I am new to the powdercoating process. What size compressor do I need for doing the blasting?

The largest one you can possibly afford. Seriously.

Blasting is a very air consuming process. I have a 3.5 hp 60 gallon Compressor set-up that yields 10.4 cfm at 90 psi..... not as much as I'd like, but it does do the job for now. I plan on bigger and "better" in the future.

A big rotary screw compressor would work best. We use a 60hp and can blast a tractor trailer and still could use more air. So go as big as possible and a nice size pressure pot to work with would be great.
