Default Glue that will stick to powder coating?

I have production parts that are powder coated gloss black. After powder coating we need to glue a strip of polypropylene plastic to the surface of the part. We have not found an adhesive that will stick to the powder. Is anyone aware of a product with a quick set time that will stick to powder coat? Thank you.
