    Default HyperSmooth Gun Problems! HELP!

    The first few times i used it it worked great. Now it seems to dump out powder. I have tried lowering the air to almost nothing and still have the problem. It sticks perfectly fine but i have so much powder coming out that it ends up to thick. Any ideas? SHould i push the conical nozle tight to the end? i have the added nozle for second coats and have the same problem. Any ideas would be great.

    ok i got it...I tried filling the hopper half full and it worked perfect. I guess when it is full it doesn’t have room to fluidize the powder?

    You got it! hoppers are supposed to only be filled like 2\3rd's of the way....

    There should be better instructions with those things huh? Like the marks they put on Radiator recovery bottles on cars..... "Fill To here________"
