can i coat this again?

ok i coated a peice in super wet blac then with starlite clear but dk if i put way to much clear on but its hard to even notice the black now it looks like glitter now idk y so much sparkles showed up on black it didnt look like this on chrome.can i coat it super wet black again w/o sanding?

also can i put a light coat of the clear if i just want some sparkles or will i get orange peel on the clear?

i would suggest to give a light sanding or at least scuff it with a scotch bright pad then clean with alcool before recoating
for the clear it s hard to say since we don t know how thick of a coating you applied in the first place. if you want less sparkle you can mix some of your starlite clear with a regular clear of same chemistry
example : 50% sparkleclear polyester with 50% reg. clear polyester )
