Ray, I think on full size sport ATV's there is a starting point of around 200 bucks, for less complex ones, and add a 50 bill to the sub-frame part.... if there's a sub-frame. I figured my time and supplies and oven time and everything for a "brother-in-law" deal at about 175 as a break even point on a one piece frame. Don't see many people coating Utility Quads....
The wheels,.... I do 'em for 40 bucks each (basically they're a pain because of the size being small, with the depth causing issues) They take about the same amount of work as a 14 inch automotive rim..... It's the same work, no matter what the size...... I don't get a lot of ATV rims to do,.... Wonder why? Maybe I'm a bit high.
