Has anybody ever PC'd a carbon fiber bicycle. Just need to know if this can B done and if there
is ant special prep or outgassing issues. If this can be done it will bring in quite a bit of work for me, since
I will help sponsor a BMX racing team not to metion some free advertisement. Thanks a bunch

Unless you know the temp capabilities, it's not recommended so much,... especially on structural stuff like a Bicycle frame.... It has been discussed numerous times on every forum I think.

i have done a piece of carbon fiber from a scrap bicycle frame just to see if it would work .
i had good results , smooth shiny with good coverage (i coated the part at around 250 f to get the powder to stick)
BUT i have no idea if it has weakened the fiber so i would not recommend doing a frame or other similar items unless you get the exact info on the subject from a reliable source before

Like fiberglass the resins used in the making of CF will not withstand the regular curing temps of the powder. You will end up with undercured finish or a ruined bicycle and if you see what a CF bicycle frame costs you may want to steer clear of this job. There are some very low temp powders out there that could be used, but I have found they dont flow as nicely as a higher cure temp powder. So its coat, cure, sand, coat, cure, sand, clear. By the time you're done your $75 coating job ends up being $200-$300. Maybe worth it to someone who can afford a CF frame.
