    Default PBTP relocated

Anyone else having problems with them shipping items lately? i ordered soemthing 2 weeks ago and they havent even shipped it yet. called in and kept getting " will ship by ___" and they said i should get it this friday.

i havent had much luck with any of the powder supplies. Columbiacoatings sent me their powders without packing it right and i lost about 2lbs of powderb ecause it explldoed and mixed in. they never answered my emails or returned my calls and i only ordered from PBTP once before. Im hoping that this is just a glitch (abiet a very very inconvient one because i have a customer waiting for this particular color) and i can count on PBTB next time.

I've oredred a few times from PBTP and had good luck. This time around (ordered last Monday), I'm still waiting.... No big deal for me since it's supplies only..... but There are a bunch of guys that have had issues with the change of shipping address PBTP is having. It will get better..... If it doesn't, I'll go for a different supplier too..... but they'll always be one of my favorite "by the pound" places.

they are backed up so much, and im wondering why they dont just post a page up on their website saying WERE BACKED UP STOP ORDERING. isntead of being a bit greedy and just taking orders knowing they wont be sent out for weeks. I ordered 3/19. THey said it was going to ship 3/26, then 3/30 and then 3/31 (today) but it hasnt shipped yet ( though its still noon).

    :/

The issues relating to the shipping delays have been discussed on the forum, you could check that out.

I have stuff ordered from PBTP as well. I've been using them for 3 years and I have ALWAYS got my stuff within 3-4 business days. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now for this last order. I got part of my order a few days ago (ceramic), but the powder is taking forever. I ordered one pint of Gloss black ceramic coat, and they sent me 2 of them in separate boxes. I'm actually kind of ****ed about that. They didn't bill me twice or anything, but now I gotta ship one back. I thought about not even saying anything, but I'm going to call them and see what they say. I don't want karma to bite me in the ass. I just wish my powder was here, because I have customers parts waiting to get done. They're calling me wondering where their parts are and its getting really old telling them that my supplier is taking their sweet time shipping the stuff. I should have just ordered from somewhere else the second I found out about this problem. I really like PBTP, they have never let me down before and I've ordered a ton of stuff from them. Oh well..hopefully they can straighten this problem out soon. I NEED MY POWDER!!! Lol.
