heat treated aluminum - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

Can someone tell me if the heat from the powder coating oven will hurt a 4-wheeler frame thats been heat treated.

nahhhhhhh. Just go for the lower temp/longer cure cycle and you'll be fine. Should be doing that on anything aluminum anyways. Remember to blast and degrease very well and leave the rest up to the mystical powder gods

(aka: no, you shouldn't have any major issues with it)

p.s.- lower temp to prevent outgassing from welds as well
