rub black spot in chrome powder

I chrome powder coated some parts for the first time, they looked good ,but after they cooled down i was rubbing one piece just to see if would shine more but it turn to a black color ,other parts i clear coated but it turn to a silver color any suggestions.

Thats the problem with the chrome powder, you have to clear coat it. It will abosrb the oils and water from the environment, especially if handled. You need the clear coat as a neccesary evil to keep it looking like new, but it turns more of a silver color in doing so.
