If it's bigger than the largest part you intend to powder coat than it's big enough. What I would be mos concerned about is air flow and filtering. Just make sure you have adequate ventilation and you'll be ok.

Hi,
Now my oven is done I'm in the process of building a 4ft. by 5ft. by 8 ft. booth. I'm using a 14inch squirrel cage fan out of a house furrnace with 2- 16 by 25 filter's so I should have lot's of air flow. I'm also going to put a speed control on the fan motor. I'll keek you posted on hoe it work's, " should have it done by week end. Art
