I dont think that bondo is a condutive material. But you can get some that is called Metal-2-Metal. It is just like bondo except it is conductive. I do know that for a fact. I just used some on a cast aluminuim part and it help alot for an out gassing problem that i was having. Plus I fixed two dings with it. I think the lab metal would be better for out gassing problem because it seems like you can thin it out thinner than what the Metal-2-Metal will be. But i havent used the Lab Metal before.

You better try a test piece first. And the Metal-2-Metal works just like bondo as far as sanding it. Just get scrape piece of metal and put some bondo on it sand it a little and then spray it and you'll know imedaitly if the powder will take to it.

Definately skip the Bondo-- Lab Metal and Metal2Metal work and they aren't too bad to sand. Be sure to atleast charge double what you normaly would for the dog issue. Look at it this way the dog just doubled your income on this piece. If the dog craps while he is there then triple at least.
