Default Safety Stuff for Powder Coating Beginner

I have a few questions

1. Are PC particles flammable?

2. Gas or electric oven??

3. Should curing be done outside, or would a basement with plenty of ventilation work?

Not to sure, but I can say for myself I wouldnt PC in my basement and have my whole family exposed to it. Thats just my opinon. We shot in a garage and sometimes it's kinda smelly. Im a really big kid person(love them) and without being sure I wouldnt do it, unless its in a containted area.
