Just keeping this in the newer posts. Maybe we'll get more interest in oddities.

Dale,
I did all of my kitchen cabinet door & drawer pulls in a home brewed mix of silver vein and charcoal. Sounds nuts, but they look PRO and the woman loves them - major brownie points! :P
If I can figure out how to attach images I will send some over.

Well I haven't anodized nothing since I don't have money at the moment (been saving for a really long time with no job) but for a prize powder sounds like a cool deal. I think there should be a contest for poor people like me to win a powder coating kit, someone who would appreciate it.

http://www.caswellplating.com/bbs/al...t.php?cat_id=2 will lead you to a crow that I made for a treasure hunt of sorts. The white areas are reflections from the sun. It's coated in gloss black without clear. I had to make the backside recoil in and out and ended up trying lots of different things that did not work hence the many bandaids on the sides. See http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache...1-3d0dba13debd for more information on it's specific purpose.

You can add it to clear coat also as a metallic flake.
