How the hell do you guys get all the sand out of the crevices on valve covers 175 psi dont get ...washing doesnt get it...both in several process's hasnt got it...I even fasionded a pick ....this is getting frustrating...

What do you mean by grit? Left over sand blasting grit? If so you may have moisture in your air lines and sandblasting requires dry air so you don't get this grit.

You may need an air dryer on your compressor.

i use alot of air and a nozzle that you fill up ball's . i brazed it to a quick connect .. it work good at getting in the tight spot's
