Default help with edges ?

i am powder coating dirtbike hubs they are maching where the rotor and sproket goes both times i have done hubs the sharp edges dont get coated after baking... any ideas what i should do without filing the edges round? thanks for any help... randy

I use a air grinder with a rolox pad to knock off the sharpe edges if need to be. They don't take off but a little at a time so you don't have to worry about anything major.
