Clear Question? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just shot a mustang 5.0 plenum with chrome PC.Looked outstanding.Shot it again with clear coat and while watching it flow out I noticed an area that the clear was alittle sparse and wasn't flowing out.So I figure what the heck open the oven door and shoot alittle clear in that area and it will melt and flow in.Well it didn't and now that area is rough (looks like glass bead on top of the clear).Is there anything I can do to fix this without stripping the plenum back down?
