Okay to do in garage?

I'm interested in setting up a little powder coating business in my garage specialling in smaller sized automotive parts. My main concern is the environmental impact to my house and quite frankly, my nieghbors. Last thing I want is someone complaining that there are to many fumes coming out of my house.

I'm new to powder coating so I have no idea how much overspray it generates. I'm hoping it's not quite as much as traditional painting. Any info or advice on this would be appreciated.

The only fumes that I have had are due to oily valve covers during a Pre Bake. The curing fumes I do not even notice across the garage. Overspray is not a problem and what is on the floor is just colored dust. washes away and leaves no trail.
