I have a bit of a different technique, i have a paint gun cleaner it is sort of like a parts washer but it is sealed and it pumps thinner around. Leave it in there for a while pull it out with real clean hands or rubber gloves and i bake the piece for a while to get all the thinner off. Before the fancy washer i used to just dip the part into a 5 gallon bucket.
I have never had a problem doing it that way. |
